Upon purchase, access to the digital course content is granted via login credentials or direct platform access.
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchased and activated online training courses cannot be returned.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.However, this right of withdrawal does not apply once the performance of the contract has begun, meaning once access to the digital content has been granted, provided that:
-You have expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content; and
-You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and accessing the course, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once access to the course has been granted or login credentials have been provided, refunds are not available.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a technical fault on our side, we will resolve the issue free of charge. If access cannot be restored due to a verified technical failure attributable to us, an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable, will be provided.
